Hi Gary,

I have done that solution so many times but it did not work. For example: - I ran ubuntu 12.04 cloud image. - Username: ubuntu - Password: "random admin password" (which i got when booting)

I also tried to inject admin password by put 'inject_password = true' in nova.conf and modified something more but it seemed nothing. Note that i only can ssh to instance as 'ubuntu' user, not 'root' user so i think in which cloud image that in unable to ssh by root, it is also unable to log in vnc by random admin password.
