I find a the final the problem. In fact there is a bug where you want to make the boot procedure. You have to specified the image that your bootable volume use to boot correctly on you volum.

So the correct command is:

nova boot --flavor 2 --image <id of your image> --key_name mykey --block_device_mapping vda=13:::0 boot-from-vol-test
